Information you provide: when you contact us by email, book a call through our scheduling link, or otherwise reach out, we receive the information you choose to share — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

Usage and analytics data: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects pseudonymous information about how you use the site, such as the pages you visit, the approximate region you connect from, your device and browser type, and the website that referred you. This data is not used to identify you personally.

We do not collect special categories of data, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Google Analytics cookies are only set after you accept; if you decline, no analytics cookies are used.

Calendly — to schedule calls you book with us.

WhatsApp (Meta) — if you choose to message us via WhatsApp, your message and phone number are processed through the WhatsApp service.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; see “International transfers” below.

Some of our providers are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

We keep enquiry emails only for as long as necessary to respond to you and to maintain a record of our communications. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings configured in Google Analytics.
